Mr. Jasbir Singh Bajaj is a former IAS officer from 1987 Batch Tamil Nadu Cadre. He is Founder and Director at Judicial Disha. He is a mentor, guide, role model and teacher for the aspirants.
He is an experienced Senior Civil Servant of more than three decades with a demonstrated history of working in the government administration. Former CBI Investigator of General and Economic Crimes. Skilled in Business Planning, Analytical Skills, Team Building, and Corporate Law. He has strong academic profile with a Master’s Degree focused in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law, Intellectual Property Rights Laws from Indian Law Institute, an MBA in International Business from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Masters in Business Laws from National Law School University of India (NLSUI), Masters in Public Administration from Panjab University.
He has received the Certifications in IPR Laws and Cyber Laws from ILI and in International Taxation from Charlotte Law School, USA. He is an International Civil / Commercial Mediator with accreditations from Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI), Civil Mediation Council (CMC) UK and ADR ODR International, UK.
He is also an International Accredited Negotiator with ADR ODR International, UK.
He has recently authored the books of “Constitutional and Administrative Law” and International Law.

Mrs. Sunita Suman, an educationist and a legal professional with more than two decades of dedicated service, is especially skilled in addressing the issues relating to the safeguarding of legal rights, social status, and empowerment of women in the society in general and more particularly at their workplaces.

As a Founding Partner of Judicial Disha, she has an exemplary academic background in the fields of Political Science and Law. After her prestigious academic achievement of M.A in Political Science from Hindu College, University of Delhi in 1997 and B.Ed. from University of Delhi in 1998, she joined as a faculty in the Government School of Delhi.
She successfully accomplished her LL.B. from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi in 2012. Her quench for knowledge made her complete her Master in Business Laws at National Law School of India University, Bangalore.
She is highly skilled in analysing and resolving legally complicated issues and is a practising Advocate, enrolled at Bar council of Delhi. She received a first-hand exposure of International Laws, particularly in the field of Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at the Workplace and Immigration Laws.
She has been associated with more than 30 Government Departments, Corporate Offices, and other Government Undertakings, Government of Tamil Nadu and Government of Jammu & Kashmir.
